Public Hearing - Planning Board - December 21, 2023 at 6:00PM

As required by RSA 676:4, the Tuftonboro Planning Board hereby notices the following Public Hearing:

(Route 109A) at 6:00 PM for consideration of an application for a Site Plan at 48 Canaan Road in Tuftonboro, NH (Tax Map 46-1-13).  The applicant (Ember Escapes) proposes to hold weddings on the property. 

At this meeting the Planning Board will determine if the application is complete according to the Board’s Site Plan regulations and shall vote to accept it as complete or not complete. 

Immediately following the acceptance of the application as complete, a Public Hearing will be held the same evening to receive public testimony and to consider the application.  A decision may or may not be made on this application at this meeting.

Meeting commences at 6:00 PM.  (Please note that the start time for Planning Board meetings is now 6:00 PM.)
