As required by RSA 676:4, the Tuftonboro Planning Board hereby notices the following Public Hearings:
On September 21, 2023, a public meeting will be held at the Tuftonboro Town House, 247 Middle Road (Route 109A) for consideration of an application for a 5-lot subdivision at 421 Governor Wentworth Highway in Melvin Village (Tax Map 14-2-39) in Tuftonboro.

On September 21, 2023, a public meeting will be held at the Tuftonboro Town House, 247 Middle Road (Route 109A) for consideration of an application for a 2-lot subdivision at 2 Sandy Knoll Road in Center Tuftonboro (Tax Map 66-2-69) in Tuftonboro.

At this meeting the Planning Board will determine if the applications are complete according to the Board’s regulations and shall vote to accept applications as complete or not complete. Immediately following the acceptance of the applications as complete, a Public Hearing will be held the same evening to receive public testimony and to consider the application. T
