Public Hearing - Planning Board - August 3, 2023 at the Town Offices at 7:00pm

As required by RSA 676:4, the Tuftonboro Planning Board hereby notices the following Public Hearing:

On August 3, 2023, a public meeting will be held at the Tuftonboro Town Offices, 240 Middle Road (Route 109A) for consideration of an application for a subdivision at 421 Governor Wentworth Highway, Melvin Village (Tax Map 14-2-39). 

This meeting will present a preliminary design of the subdivision.  This is a non-binding discussion to allow the applicant and the Planning Board to discuss the preliminary design and to make suggestions and recommendations.

At this meeting, the Planning Board will not vote to approve the design. The applicant may submit a formal application to the Planning Board at a future date, which will be announced. 

Plans are available for review at the Town Offices.  

Meeting commences at 7:00 PM.
