Present: Chairman Weeks, Selectman Stockman, & Selectman Duffy

Duffy requested Jeanie Forrester call LGC to verify the legality of the meeting; the meeting had a late posting due to time constraints. The meeting was legal.

Meeting convened at 9:15am, MS-7 Budget Forms were worked on, Warrants were reviewed and General Budget issues were discussed in preparation for the Budget Committee meeting. Welfare Budget was revised to a total of $30,500.

The Selectmen agreed to make an offer to Mr. McChesney at $25.00 an hour for the Town Administrator position.

Meeting adjourned at 12:30 pm.
