Blind Qualifications

Exemption Amount                             $30,000

Documents Required:

  • Letter from the State of New Hampshire, Department of Education, Bureau of Services for Blind and Visually Impaired stating the applicant is legally blind.
  • PA-29 Form (Application) 
  • Non-Drivers License
