Jim, acting chair opened the meeting.
The board has received a letter from Vanessa Banyas requesting a postponement of the applications. They will be filling with the DES and would like to wait until further information from them.
Board discussed if the board could/should just postpone to a later date or have them reapply when they know exactly what and where the buildings will be placed.
Jackie said that per a phone conversation with Vanessa it would probably be April.
Should they have to pay fees again? Abutters will have to be notified again and public notice put in the paper again. The fees that are paid cover those costs. The Town is not making money.
Tony made motion to accept letter requesting a postponement and that the Banyas need to reapply when they are ready to proceed. Bill 2nd. All in favor.
