IMPORTANT NOTICE:

 Effective August 1, 2007, the State portion of vehicle and motorcycle registration fees will increase.  The increases will be as follows:

	0-3,000 lbs increases $2.60 per month, $31.20 per year (previously $25.20 per year)
	3,001-5,000 lbs increases to $3.60 per month, $43.20 per year  (previously $37.20 per year)
	5,001-8,000 lbs increases to $4.60 per month, $55.20 per year (previously $49.20 per year)
	MOTORCYCLES increase to $15.00 per year, $1.25 per month
	8,001-73,280 lbs increases to 96 cents per hundred lbs gross weight
	Over 73,280 lbs remains at $1.44 per hundred lbs gross weight

 

Frequently Asked Questions

News & Notices:   If you sell your vehicle either by a private sale or trade it in at a dealership, PLEASE save your registration to the vehicle because you must present your old registration in order to obtain any credit for transferring your plates from your old vehicle to the new vehicle.  A copy of the registration will not be accepted.
