	The Town Clerk's Office is an Authorized Motor Vehicle Municipal Agent.  For your convenience, registrations are issued here.  There is an additional $ 2.50 fee per registration. [RSA 261:74-d]
	As of August 1, 2002: The State has increased motor vehicle registration fees by fifty cents a month or $ 6.00 a year.
	Title Information: If you are getting a New Hampshire title for a new-to-you vehicle you MUST have a valid New Hampshire or out of state title turned over to you with the assignment on the back of the title filled out and SIGNED.  If two people are to be on the title, BOTH MUST SIGN THE NEW TITLE APPLICATION. If both of you cannot be present to do this, a NOTARIZED POWER OF ATTORNEY must be presented, authorizing someone else to sign for the new title.

If you are doing a TRANSFER of your plate to the new vehicle, please bring in your CURRENT REGISTRATION. This must be provided to the State to complete the transfer. BACK to Questions

	Vehicles 15 years of age or newer.
	Truck-tractors and trucks with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 18,001 pounds or greater, regardless of age.
	Trailers 15 years of age or newer with a GVW of 3,001 pounds or greater.

	If you have a title, transfer ownership to the buyer on the reverse side.
	Provide a bill of sale and a properly filled out Verification of Vehicle Identification (TDMV 19a).
	Provide a bill of sale and a copy of the previous registration or title.
