PM Meeting called to order.
Board members present: Rick Friend, Tony Lyon, Wilson Stewart, Dan Derby, Jack
Parsons, Sue Weeks, Ted Wright
Minutes for the
Revised plans for the Pine Cone Cafe
expansion were reviewed and approved. All conditions were satisfied. Friend
signed the plans; Weeks moved,
Friend attended a meeting Monday March 3 on the OEP grant applications. He learned that if no tasks have been
completed in the previous three stages, application cannot be made for an
advanced stage grant. Since he believes the Board has fulfilled the
prerequisites, he consulted "Jen", who suggested a phone conference
after she reviews the Master Plan online. Friend contacted Steve Whitman,
asking him to review the plan for the four stages. Friend and Weeks will review
the Master Plan with Town Administrator Bill McChesney
following the Town Meeting.
In regard to developing a policy on Class
VI roads, Friend has been collecting information and will put together a
package for the Board. Weeks pointed out that this issue is all part of the
rezoning process, and can't be addressed in a vacuum.
The Board discussed future membership.
Dan Derby and Wilson Stewart are coming up for reappointment; however,
