March 6 were approved, all in favor.
DES- Standard Dredge and Fill applications
Names of applicants do not match names on
deeds; tax lot numbers ambiguous. An application must be filed using the exact
names as appear on the deeds, or an explanatory affidavit detailing why names
are different. A letter will be sent out to Barton and Holmes requesting a new,
corrected application.

Parsons brought up the issue of the road
to the new Wolfeboro Wastewater Treatment site near Nineteen Mile Brook. He
will look into whether a site plan review and driveway permit should be
required.
Friend spent a moment explaining 673:2
II(A) re: designating a selectman member or representative to the Board.
Hertel- 19 Lot Subdivision, continued
Friend read the latest letter from HEB, in
which HEB states all their engineering issues have been addressed and they
approve of the plans.
Voltz showed new engineering plans, with
easements and drainage. The addition of several swales and detention basins is
designed to solve any outstanding issues.
In addition, 23 separate drainage
easements have been created, and language added to lot sale agreements that
these drainage easements can't be modified, allowing the town to enter property
for inspection.
Voltz is waiting for state subdivision,
wetlands, and site specific permits, as well as construction costs from HEB.
Monuments need to be set, and an easement deed to the cistern will be executed.
Stewart moved to approve a waiver of the
800' road length (4.4.5F); Wright second, all in favor. A construction review
of the road by HEB will be done.
Voltz requested and was granted an
extension to the April meeting.

old cabins and replace with two new duplex cabins; no expansion of use, no
utilities.

plan has been done.

Hammer asked advice on what application
process to follow for construction of a commercial building on his property.
Holmberg came to update the Board on his
progress, and stated that Atty. McLetchie has finished the Condo Declaration
and will send it to Atty. Murray for review.
Pending Atty. Murray's approval, Holmberg
is scheduled to come to the next workshop on April 3 to have mylar and plans
signed.
Weeks told the Board that she has been
delayed in starting the Master Plan Inventory project by the snow. She inquired
whether the town owns a laser measuring device; Parsons has one, which he will
lend her.
