Secretary
Kinnaman will call Atty. Murray to inquire as to the status of the above letter.
Re: Grant Applications
Friend and
Weeks met with Town Administrator McChesney on
Tuesday to go through a checklist verifying that all work has been done to
qualify for a Stage 4 Grant. McChesney has sent in a
project narrative, or draft review; formal applications are Due April 11.
Friend has spoken with Jennifer Czysz regarding the
application which, based on review of Steve Whitman's plan, will be for
$30,000. The Board subsequently has 18 months to complete the work.
Reminder of OEP Conference on
April 26.
The agenda for April 17, as well as
11"x17"s of the Pak 2000 and Hansen applications, were passed out.
It was
suggested that the Board request a copy of Pak 2000's agreement with the Town,
to send to Atty. Murray for his opinion.
Members of the
Board expressed concern re: the access road to Wolfeboro's rapid infiltration site. It is believed
it will also be used for "business", hauling gravel, etc., resulting
in ongoing truck traffic. In addition, there is poor visibility at the road
entrance off Middle Rd. Wolfeboro's application for a State Driveway Permit
gives Tuftonboro a chance to have input in the process. Stewart recommended
emphasizing that the road was intended for construction of the WWTF upgrade
only. If "business" use is observed, Tuftonboro may contact the State
to file a complaint. Friend will bring this issue before the Selectmen.
Secretary Kinnaman
will put together a final version of the revised Zoning Ordinance and email it
to
