August 4, 2005 Meeting

Tony, Sue, Joan, Dan and Rick were present.

Board decided to have the public hearing for amending 2.3.2 C ( providing reduced size plans) at the September 15^th meeting.

Reviewed Burnt Rock contract. It’s the same contract with three attachments for clarification. Moved and 2^nd to sign contract.

The Master Plan subcommittee will have a meeting the end of August, so can get going by September.

Dan will “ pull together” the questions from the public meeting and get them on the web with a mailbox directly to him so he can see how many “hits” there are.

Checklist and 11” x 18” plans for Zadeda Farms were distributed to the board.

Wetland Application; Derek Cronin, Senter Cove to perch an existing beach and replace a 6’ x 40’ seasonal dock.

Rick made motion to accept minutes of July 21^st with the changes. Sue 2^nd. All in favor.

Application for Voluntary Merger from Nancy Ferraro on Boycroft Rd. Sue moved to approve. 2^nd. All in favor.

Moraros have requested that their roadway be named SAMM LANE. Board approved.
