Meeting Minutes for: July 7^th, 2005

Tony, Sue, Rick, John, Wilson, Joan and Dan were present.

Board reviewed note on the Museum Lodges plan and determined that “the expansion on Museum Lodges pertained to the interior (not decking) as per NHDES Shoreland waiver dated April 13, 2004.

Ken Craigue was in to discuss his 3+ acres and what could he do to divide it. Board advised getting it surveyed and if not enough area to do what he wants he could go to the ZBA. Part of the property is in the 1 acre zone the remaining in the 2 acre zone.

Minutes of June 16^th: Wilson moved to accept, John 2^nd. All in favor.

Agenda for July 21^st was looked at and the Board advised that the Sargent’s gravel pit proposal needs to go to the ZBA for a Special Exception before the PB.

3 Wetland applications: Harrison, Millstone Point to build a boathouse. Catherine DiFiore, Mason rd, culvert for driveway. State of New Hampshire to repair bridge on RT. 109A at 20 Mile Brook.

Sue, Joan and Tony met with Joanna from Burnt Rock concerning finalizing documents etc. for the Ice Cream Social. Any concerns email to Joanna immediately. Jackie will make copies for handouts. Tony will get easel and paper to the school.
