JOINT LOSS MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETING
Monday, March 26, 2007
Present at meeting: Heather Cubeddu (Town Office), Caleb Pike (Fire Department), Jack Parsons (Code/Health Officer), Officer Tom LaFavre (Police Dept.) and Chief Andy Shagoury (Police Dept.).
Minutes from the December 4, 2006 meeting were reviewed. Chief Shagoury mentioned that the prior meeting minutes should not include the name of the person injured. The name will be deleted. A motion was made by Jack Parsons to accept the minutes. Caleb Pike seconded the motion. All in favor.
Caleb Pike will be ordering the flammable cabinets tomorrow. Heather Cubeddu will contact the Recycling Center/Transfer Station to find out what size cabinet they need so all the cabinets can be ordered together.
The Fire Department will be offering fire extinguisher training sometime in the fall if weather permits. The Department will notify the Town Office staff and any other departments, which are interested.
The Committee set up a schedule for the Town’s annual inspections of town facilities.
June 11th at 2:00 PM – Town Office, Town House, Police Dept., Fire Stations
June 13th at 2:00 PM – Transfer Station, Library, Highway Dept.
Heather Cubeddu will contact Departments to notify of inspection schedule. She will also check with the Board of Selectmen to see who their representative will be, if any.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 PM.
