1. Call to order: At 5:25 PM by Chairman Simms
2. Review minutes of last meeting – edit, amend if necessary: 10/24/2007 and 10/30/07
minutes reviewed
3. Approve minutes of last meeting: Motion made with a second to approve as printed
the minutes of October 24, 2007. All in favor. Motion made with a second to
approve as printed the minutes of October 30, 2007. All in favor.
4. Discuss presentation to the Selectmen: Committee Members comments,
reactions and suggestions following the first presentation of the CIP Report
included in this discussion item.
5. Discuss presentation to the Planning Board and the Budget Committee: Committee
Members comments, reactions and suggestions following this CIP Report presentation
also public comments and questions were considered and discussed.
6. Preparation for next meeting with the Selectmen, Planning Board and Budget
Committee: This meeting is scheduled to be held at the Tuftonboro School cafeteria at
6 PM on November 14, 2007. Town Treasurer Jack Widmer has been invited by the
CIP Chair and will attend. CIP Chairman J. Simms will Chair this meeting. A meeting
agenda was drafted. Discussion topics and issues that have surfaced
now that the CIP Report has been distributed will be addressed.
. Suggestion made that all department heads should be
invited as most have not had an opportunity to attend the two previous presentations.
7. Discuss public presentation: Committee Members discussed public participation
during the October 30, 2007 meeting and the need and timing for a future public
presentation. No decision made at this time.
8. Any other business: No discussion
9. Next meeting: November 14, 2007 at 6 PM at the Tuftonboro School cafeteria
10. Adjourn: Motion made with a second to adjourn the meeting at 7:05 PM. All in
favor.
