Permission
is hereby given for the Planning Board to conduct a site visit in a manner and
at such time as mutually agreed upon by the property owner, applicant and
Planning Board.

APPLICANT’S INFORMATION
This
application must be submitted 15 days in advance of a regularly scheduled
Planning Board meeting together with the following:
1.
A list and two
sets of mailing labels of the names and addresses of all owners, abutters,
applicants, holders of conservation, preservation or agricultural preservation
restrictions, and everyone whose professional seal appears on any plan or plat
submitted to the Board;
2.
Four sets of all
plans, and eight (8) reduced sets (11” x 17”), of all plans and any supportive
material to explain the proposal and as required by the Subdivision Regulations
and six copies (including one mylar copy) of the
final subdivision plat for approval.
3.
Application and
Notice fees as required the by Subdivision Regulations.
a.
For Design
Review, submission of $3.00 per abutter and each holder of conservation,
preservation, or agricultural preservation restrictions.
b. For formal
application for Subdivision approval, the Applicant shall pay the following
fees and charges as are applicable (2.3.6):

Costs. The Applicant shall pay: A filing fee of $50.00 for the first

Notice Costs. The Applicant shall pay a $15.00 fee plus
$5.00 per name and address supplied as per Sect. 2.3.2.B of these Regulations
for the cost of notice requirements including the cost of postage for certified
mail, reproduction costs and any publication and/or posting costs.
C. Special
Investigative Costs. The Planning
Board may require the Applicant to pay reasonable costs of special
investigative studies which may be necessary for the Planning Board to evaluate
properly the impact of a proposed Subdivision.
The Planning Board shall determine the methods for the conduct of the
study and shall determine who is to conduct the study(ies) and under what condition.
D. Recording
Fees. The Planning Board shall record
the approved Plat at the Carroll County Registry of Deeds and the Applicant
will be billed for recording costs.
The application package will be reviewed for
completeness at the Board’s next regularly scheduled meeting.
