Meeting started at 7:50 PM. Mary Ann from the Rec Dept did not show up.  The January 19, 2007 minutes were approved, with motion for approval by Gary and 2nd by Dave. The current applications/requests for more information/correspondence and approvals were reviewed. Joanne Green was changed from PBN to STANDARD.

Adjusted Budget

Ridgeway Estate Subdivision deferred to next month (Commission has questions about the wording)

Libby Park – It is in the works. Waiting on deed and description of land. Will complete and send to selectmen.

Easement Monitoring-a. Shane 54.1 acres around brick house; b. Parkhurst across street-Win & Dawn will go this Sunday to monitor easements.

Town Report-grammar and editing was done

Mountonboro Dev into Melvin River-Win will go back to site and review. Questions on boundary lines.

Center Harbor CC deferred .

Ragged Island and Whortleberry- awaiting reply.

Jerry was not present to talk about subdivisions.

Carbon Coalition- Will be on the warrant.

Commission will be wetlands and buffer zones article on the web page and Tboro Assoc. letter.

 

NEW BUSINESS

Win mentioned inviting a guest to future meetings; Gary mentioned tax easement information from Wallstreet Journal.
