A motion was made by Selectman Albee to appoint Chairman Weeks as the Selectmen’s representative to the Hurlburt Trust. Seconded by Selectman Stockman with all in favor.
The Selectmen approved returning the bid deposit on
Chairman Weeks reported that Wes Flierl inspected the work on the Town House last week and today and everything looks good.
Selectmen approved and signed the following:
The Selectmen decided that all three would attend Budget Committee meetings because each of the Selectmen has strengths and expertise in different areas. The next meeting is scheduled for October 5th at 6PM.
Chairman Weeks suggested having a display at the Town House on Election Day instead of a public hearing on the findings of the Public Safety Needs Assessment Committee.
Chairman Weeks announced that the grant for the Cheney Farm easement has been approved. The wording for the two easements now has to be drawn up.

Chairman Weeks gave an update on the Mirror lake Protective Association and the Libby property. The Wolfeboro Selectmen are not the trustees of the trust. The MLPA will petition the court to appoint a trustee and are researching who the beneficiaries are.
