The Selectmen’s meeting minutes of
Chairman Weeks requested the file for 19 Mile Beach be pulled in response to the NHDES notice re: File #2000-2157.
Selectmen next discussed the Verizon bill for additional charges for the utility pole relocation at 19 Mile Beach. Ted Bense thought it might be the extra pole that was not in the original plan. Chairman Weeks will contact Verizon.

The information on the new portable voting booths was
discussed. They could be delivered before the general election if ordered soon.

Police Chief Shagoury advised that the Public Safety Needs Committee will draft a report at their meeting on September 7th and present to the Selectmen prior to the discussion at the Selectmen’s meeting September 20th.
Selectmen discussed the letter and information given to them by Jon Beaulieu regarding the Right-to-Know law. A letter in response is to be sent.
Selectman Stockman made a motion to sign the OIT Agreement for Department of Safety Projects for the on-line Municipal Agent Automation Project (MAAP). Seconded by Chairman Weeks with all in favor.
Selectmen approved and signed the MS-1/MS-4.
Chairman Weeks announced that Sergeant James Hathcock has submitted his resignation. His last day will be September 8th. Chief Shagoury has reported receiving several inquiries.
